Myanmar Rice Processing Complex
In 2017, we acquired a local rice processing complex with a 15,000-ton annual capacity in the Shwe Lin Ban Industry Zone in Yangon, Myanmar. In 2019, we completed a second complex in the Ayeyarwady region and Twante waterway, capable of producing 85,000 tons a year, and have been operating the processing facility with a 100,000-ton capacity in total These RPCs encompass collection, storage, milling, packaging, and sales of raw grains, enabling us to operate along the rice value chain. Going beyond trading, we sell rice as producers to China, the EU, and Africa, utilizing our global network to boost exports and uplift local farmers' livelihoods.
