The plantation project in Papua, Indonesia, initiated in 2011, finished its planting phase in 2017 and commenced crude palm oil (CPO) production in 2018. This CPO is sold in both domestic and export markets. By 2023, we anticipate an annual production exceeding 200,000 tons of CPO.
The First Step to Becoming an Integrated Eco-friendly Palm Oil Company
To elevate the value-added aspect of CPO from our palm plantation venture and enhance value chain scalability, we are constructing a 500,000-ton-per-year refinery, slated for completion in the second quarter of 2025, in Indonesia, the largest palm oil producer. Leveraging the refining operations, we aim to diversify our value chain into sectors like food, lipid chemistry, bioenergy, and distribution, thereby strengthening our business portfolio.
Cotton, a sustainable and eco-friendly fiber, has been intertwined with humanity since ancient times. Uzbekistan ranks as the world's sixth-largest producer of raw cotton, boasting an annual production of 1.1 million tons. We operate a cotton subsidiary in Uzbekistan and stand as the largest overseas investor in Fergana and Bukhara.

Since 1996, we launched a local cotton subsidiary, establishing mills in Fergana in 2006 and Bukhara in 2008. Today, it stands as Uzbekistan's largest cotton spinning entity, churning out 50,000 tons of cotton yarn annually for domestic and global markets, including Europe.
